Paranoia Street is a nice choice; as is Fuan no Tane Plus, Watashi no Ningyou wa Yoi Ningyou, Junji Itou, Birthday, and Shiori to Shimiko. I have the raws for Watashi no Ningyou and Shiori, but not for anything else. The people over at Kitonoha used to scanlate Paranoia Street, so maybe they’d be willing to share their raws? (Or not. I’m not really sure about that)
Oh, and not to hinder anyone else or anything, but I felt I must warn you; Ateya no Tsubaki and Secret Comics Japan are pretty explicit, though definitely not hentai. And I think the English volume of Secret Comics was scanned (not scanlated) at some point. Idk whether you can find those scans anywhere, though.

Watashi no Ningyou was one I was particularly interested in, I’ll definitely get a hold of you if I decide to go with it at any point.
